BEAM Learning Program

This year was not always easy. There were hard moments, big feelings, and days that asked a lot from all of us. And every single time, we all showed up anyway. Together.

That is the work. That is the bucket-filling.

This week we said goodbye to our fifth graders- some of whom we have walked alongside since kindergarten. Sending them off stirred something deep because transitions are tender, even when they’re right. Especially when they’re right.

But here’s what we know: they are not leaving empty-handed. They carry every strategy, every friend, every brave conversation. They have the tools. They are ready to fly.

And they are forever a part of us.

To every student, family, and teammate who made this year what it was- thank you. We are so proud of you… and we are proud of us.

We are on a mission to make sure that every child who needs BEAM has access to it - no matter what their family’s financial situation looks like.

That’s why we created the Sunshine Scholarship Fund. ☀️

Here’s how it works: each “bucket” represents $2,000 that goes directly toward giving a child access to the support they deserve. Our goal is to fill up some buckets- because no kid should ever be told no simply because of finances. 🪣

We have a big fundraiser happening this weekend, and we are so excited to celebrate this cause together! 🎉

But if you can’t make it in person, you can still be a part of something really special. Every dollar helps us get closer to making sure no child is left out.

Tonight was a very small first step toward something much bigger. What we learned tonight is just how strong this BEAM community truly is.

We came together not only to share our experiences, but to support one another, listen to one another, and recognize that real change happens when people show up together.

I am proud of every single person who came tonight. Thank you for your honesty, courage, and willingness to be part of this conversation.

We are incredibly grateful The Source and this community for believing in our mission and helping us continue building a place where kids feel safe, supported, and like they truly belong. Every vote, share, kind word, and recommendation helps bring awareness to students who deserve understanding, connection, and access to learning.

When we started BEAM, we knew there was a gap for students with big feelings, complex needs, and unique ways of learning. Seeing our community continue to rally around these kids means more than we can put into words.

Registration for the 2026/27 school year will open:

Families interested in enrolling should complete the intake form, which will be posted on our website and social media Monday morning. Current families will need to re-enroll and we will send out intake forms Monday morning!

At BEAM, we believe every child deserves a place where they feel safe, connected, supported, and valued for who they are. No exceptions. 💛
