Imagine a garden path that tells a story β one stone at a time. πΏ
In Stepping Stones, you'll learn the ancient art of mosaics while designing and casting your very own concrete stepping stone to take home. A sun, a creature, a pattern, a little world of your own β whatever calls to you. Kids ages 8 and up are welcome, so bring one if you've got one.
The workshop is led by Angela Mion, a local mixed-media artist who works with mosaic, watercolor, quilling, and assemblage, and whose practice centers on giving discarded materials new life. She's the kind of artist who makes you see creative potential in everything around you.
Come make something that lasts.
