The Bend North Little League family is deeply saddened by the loss of Michael Kienzle, who passed away this past weekend after a courageous battle with leukemia.

Michael served our community as a firefighter/paramedic with the Redmond Police Department and devoted countless hours to mentoring young athletes as a football coach at Caldera High School. Alongside his wife, Lisa, Head Softball Coach at Caldera High School, the Kienzle family has invested their time and compassion in supporting youth sports throughout Central Oregon.

Michael is survived by his wife, Lisa, and their young son, Logan.

During this difficult time, we invite our community to support a family that has given so much to others. If you are able, please consider donating to the GoFundMe established for Lisa and Logan. Every contribution, regardless of size, helps ease their burden and reminds them they are surrounded by a caring community.

Please keep Lisa, Logan, and all who loved Michael in your thoughts and prayers. We extend our deepest condolences and gratitude for Michael's life of service, leadership, and kindness. His impact on so many young people will not be forgotten.
