The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a recall for powdered infant formula.

On June 13, 2026, Nara Organics recalled all Nara Organics Whole Milk Organic Infant Formula. Nara Organics infant formula is a powdered formula sold at Target retail stores, Target.com, and Nara.com. This brand of formula makes up less than 1% of all infant formula available in the United States, and shortages of infant formula resulting from this recall are not expected.

Per the CDC, please follow the following instructions:

Do not use recalled infant formula. If you have unopened cans of Nara Organics infant formula, throw them away or return them. If you have an opened can of Nara Organics infant formula, see guidance from the CDC.

Wash items and surfaces. Wash items and surfaces that may have touched the recalled formula using hot soapy water or a dishwasher.

Seek care if your infant becomes ill. Seek immediate medical care if your infant consumed Nara Organics infant formula and has any of these signs or symptoms of infant botulism: poor feeding, loss of head control, difficulty swallowing, or decreased facial expression.

Report information to the FDA. To report a complaint or adverse event (illness or serious allergic reaction), visit the FDA's Safety Reporting Portal. If your child has signs or symptoms of infant botulism, seek medical attention before using the portal.

Calling all slime-loving families — this one's for you!
On Saturday, June 20, Spark is hosting a Father's Day Slime Lab from 10am–12pm. Kids are in charge: they choose the colors, the glitter, the add-ins. Grown-ups are the assistants (and yes, you have to follow instructions).

Together you'll make a batch of custom slime, explore our slime sensory play, and head to the 3D Print Studio to print little charms to mix right into your creation. All 3D printing is included — no extra charge.

You'll leave with a jar of slime, a charm your child designed, and glitter you'll be finding for days.

Bangor, PA Pickup Update

Please help us spread the word to your family, friends, neighbors, and children’s classmates!

We currently have low registration numbers for our Bangor Sun Meals To-Go site and want to make sure as many families as possible have the opportunity to benefit from this program.

If you know families with children ages 1–18, please share the flyer and registration link with them. Every child is eligible, there are no income requirements, and meals are completely free.

If you previously signed up for the Bushkill location and Bangor is a more convenient pickup site for your family, please complete the registration form and select Bangor as your pickup location.

Target Recalls Up & Up Fragrance Free and Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes Due to Potential Microbial Contamination Target is voluntarily recalling Up & Up Fragrance Free and Up & Up Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes following customer complaints of product discoloration, and FDA testing that identified the presence of Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli in product samples.
