It really is the best moment in the whole test... right when Zhong Shi ties the black belt around you and yells out "Sempai"!! 🩶🥋

BETHLEHEM LVMA has no power. Today's classes will be held at our Palmer center located at 3601 Nazareth Rd., Easton, Pa. We are told power will be restored by tomorrow.

2 weeks ago, our LVMA demo team took the 'stage' at Coca Cola Park with the Iron Pigs! They always love when they get the opportunity to perform! 🥋⚾️

We love when our program directors have the chance to go the extra mile, and they do! This is exactly what Sempai Sam did for one of our newest black belts at our Emmaus location!

Congratulations to this new sempai! Way to go 'being fierce'!!

Another Zhong Shi special class but this one made its way to our Bethlehem location! He helped Sensei Patrick continue to get these silver belts ready to test for black belt!

We are so proud of their dedication, and we definitely appreciated Zhong Shi's help!
