Come at The Farm Market at NCC, sponsored by the NCC East 40 Community Garden - this week we'll be celebrating those workhorses: pollinators!

The East 40's beekeeper, Danielle Schwesinger, will be on hand to demo how bees make honey - we'll also have info for the kids, and you can learn about milkweed and its important role in feeding us.

Featuring:
- Fresh veggies (spinach, kale, rhubarb, radishes, Swiss Chard, endive) from Hahn Acre Bushel and Bloom LLC
- Garlic scapes from the East 40 garden
- Sweet and savory grab & go items from NCC culinary students - including some featuring honey
- Breads and baked goods from Bub’s Breads
- Hand-crafted personal care items from Lathers and lotions

Last week we welcomed a new vendor, Divine Dreamer's Readings and Shoppe with their tarot services and uniquely crafted crochet goods. Stop by to check them out!

You can buy bulk coffee beans from Monocacy Coffee Co., enjoy a complimentary cup of their brew, and purchase honey from Meadow View Beekeeping, LLC. and ceramics from .

We are also collecting for the HOPE Food Pantry drive (supporting NCC students). It's going to be a great day - come early for the best selection!

Farm to Tableware

Join instructor Cindy Vojnovic to create your own bowl, plate, and cup or mug using clay sourced directly from the East 40. Learn shaping and glazing techniques while crafting functional pieces from start to finish.

The Farm Market at Northampton Community College is looking for local food producers and specialty food vendors to join us for the 2026 season!

We're currently seeking vendors offering:

Your friendly reminder that we have students at Northampton Community College who can use help with their groceries (about one in three have self-identified as experiencing food insecurity at some point).

Enter the HOPE Food Pantry, set up to provide food and personal care items to those who need them. They can now accept perishable as well as non-perishable food, and are open during the summer months.

You can drop off donations at The Farm Market at NCC (10 am - 2 pm outside College Center in the Quad) when you come to . Thanks for considering!

If you're a person who is interested in our farm-to-table food system, and how it works - and how it could work better - then this new documentary may be of interest to you!

"Fork in the Road" - narrated by Nick Offerman - follows small farmers, visionary chefs, and innovators working to heal the land, improve our food systems, and transition to a regenerative future for people and the planet. A Q&A with the filmmakers and Maria Rodale, local author and organic enthusiast, will follow.

This is the Opening Night event for the 22nd annual SouthSide Film Festival, and will include an opening party and the screening - admission payable at the door is $10 each ($5 for Bethlehem Co-op Market member-owners, or free with an all-access pass). You can attend either or both parts of the evening:
