Bethlehem Catholic High School seeks an experienced, mission-driven fundraising professional to lead all philanthropic activity as Director of Advancement. This is a senior leadership role overseeing a comprehensive development program; including major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, EITC and government scholarship programs, grants, and events, with supervision of a full-time Advancement Officer and part-time data staff.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of progressively responsible fundraising experience, a documented track record of closing major gifts of $10,000 or more, and a genuine commitment to Catholic education. Prior experience in a Catholic, independent school, or faith-based advancement office is strongly preferred. CFRE designation is a significant plus, as is familiarity with Pennsylvania's EITC program.

This position offers a competitive salary, health insurance, retirement benefits, tuition remission for dependents, and a robust professional development program with individual coaching and support.

As we continue celebrating the outstanding members of Bethlehem Catholic's Class of 2026, we're proud to recognize An Vo and the positivity she brought to the Becahi community.

Throughout her high school years, she embraced many of the traditions and experiences that make Bethlehem Catholic special. From Homecoming and Prom to Catholic Schools Week activities and fun moments like karaoke, she enjoyed being an active part of student life and making lasting memories with friends and classmates.

This fall, she will attend Wright State University to pursue a degree in Nursing.

📣 Catholic education needs your voice — TODAY.

House Bill 2632 in Harrisburg would cut back and ultimately eliminate the EITC scholarship program — the lifeline that permitted the families of 4,248 students in the Diocese of Allentown – 49% of all students – and thousands more families across Pennsylvania to afford a Catholic education for their children during the past school year alone.

The Pennsylvania Catholic Conference warns HB 2632 would cut $102 million in funding, tie the program up in red tape, and could force some Catholic schools to close. The children hurt most would be those who need the help most.
