June Demo Camps were a blast!💥 Students not only had fun, they also sharpened their performance skills, increased their confidence in front of others, and worked on demonstration techniques! Check out the July camp options at both schools!

Congratulations to our 3 newest Kumdo (Korean Sword) Black Belts!
Mecia, Despina and Master Moriya have trained and practiced Kumdo for more than 3 years (on top of their TKD training), learning sword forms, cuts, blocks, breaking, paper cutting and sparring. They put on an amazing show last week during their testing performance!
We are proud of your commitment and abilities!

🥋Friday was an impressive level testing for our Black Belts! It was so fun to watch more than 100 students continue in their pursuit of excellence. The instructor and master test was icing on the cake! Way to go!!🎉

This is an exciting week for Team B26 who will be testing for their 1st, 2nd and 3rd Dan Black Belts this Saturday! Testing will be at Oak Mountain High School at 2:00 (after regular classes).
