The Southeastern Conference Academic Leadership Development Program liaisons gathered in Birmingham this week to collaborate and help shape another year of leadership development opportunities for academic leaders across the SEC.

The final day of the Southeastern Conference Career and Leadership Forum brought insights that encouraged attendees to reflect on their purpose.

Through sessions with SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey, Associate Commissioner Garth Glissman, Ole Miss Women's Basketball's Yolett McPhee-McCuin and JKOGrowthLeadership's Jon Oliver, participants explored the values, motivations and experiences that shape them each day.
