Keep the Learning Going This Summer!
The school year may be over, but learning doesnβt have to stop! Every conversation, question, and shared experience helps students grow their vocabulary, comprehension, and confidence as readers.
Our Family Summer Talk Trails Newsletter is filled with simple, meaningful ways to turn everyday moments into opportunities for learningβwhether you're taking a walk, riding in the car, visiting the store, or sharing a meal together.
π Ask questions.
π Share stories.
π Listen closely.
π Keep conversations flowing.
Research shows that rich conversations build the language and literacy skills students need for success in school and beyond. This summer, let's make every moment count!
πβ¨ Together, we can keep learning and growing beyond the school day and all summer long.

Hello Tiger Families, Summer reading is vital for children because it prevents the "summer slide"βa decline in academic skills over the break. Consistent reading maintains literacy, boosts vocabulary, builds empathy, and improves focus for the upcoming school year. Please take a look at Minor Community School's reading list and Minor Middle School's reading list
