We are honored to announce that ARTiculate, developed by FableVision as part of Project AMI for the Kunstmuseum St.Gallen and Museo d'arte della Svizzera italiana - MASI Lugano, and Gnome Gnolf, created by Education Arcade in collaboration with FableVision, are finalists at the GEE! Learning Game Awards!

ARTiculate has players describe pieces of artwork in unique ways. In groups of two to five, players are given a tablet with a work of art from the gallery on the screen, and are tasked with describing the work without using any forbidden words. The other players walk around the gallery to guess the work of art that is being described. The player with the most points after everyone has taken their turn wins!

Gnome Gnolf is an Augmented Reality (AR) game where players enter the world of gnomes through their phone. Players work with gnomes to translate, rotate, and reflect obstacles to play a fun round of mini golf!

Voting for the People’s Choice award closes on July 8. Winners will be announced at Play, Make, Learn on July 9 in Madison, Wisconsin! https://uwmadison.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3Cpi9pwo8fjz5dQ

From September 2024 to December 2025, 300 libraries across the country used “Thinking Money for Kids” kits to provide financial literacy programming for kids ages 3-12 and their families. Created by the American Library Association in partnership with FINRA Foundation and FableVision Studios, this program provides children with access to essential literacy topics such as saving, spending, sharing, and budgeting in a meaningful and fun way.

Following the conclusion of this program, a Summative Evaluation Report has been released. This report highlights the program’s success in bridging the gap in early childhood financial education.

Congratulations to everyone who worked on this project for making such a significant impact! Click here to read the report: https://www.ala.org/tools/programming/thinking-money-kids/programkit
