Today we celebrated our incredible 8th graders at their Awards Ceremony and Luncheon! 🎓✨

We are so proud of all they have accomplished and the hard work, growth, and leadership they have shown throughout their time at the Condon. Congratulations to all of our award recipients!

The celebration continues tomorrow as we honor our students at the Step-Up Ceremony and officially send them off to their next chapter. 💙🐾

Transportation Reminders for Early Release Day:

Drop-off Time: All parents and caregivers should be at their student’s bus stop at least 10 minutes before the scheduled drop-off time.

Alternative Drop-offs: Please note that students with alternative drop-offs will still be dropped at the alternative location. If the student’s alternative program is closed at that time, parents and caregivers must make arrangements for the student to either not take the bus that day or to be picked up off the bus at the alternate location.

Bus Stop Changes: Transportation cannot take students to their home stop, as changes like this can ripple across the system, leading to service delays and increasing the risk of a student being left at an incorrect stop.

Transportation Questions: Please contact the Transportation Team at 617-635-9520 or by using the Zum App.

General Reminders:

BPS families with any questions can contact the BPS Helpline at 617-635-8873 or via email at [email protected]. The BPS Helpline is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Something very special happened last week!

One of our very own Condon 4th-grade scholars was recognized with an Academic Achievement Award for earning one of the highest GPAs among all 4th-grade students in South Boston.

He was one of only six students selected from across several schools, including the Condon, St. Peter Academy, South Boston Catholic Academy, the Perkins, the Perry, and the Tynan.

This is an incredible accomplishment that reflects his hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. We are extremely proud of him and grateful to have such an outstanding student representing our school community.

Congratulations on this well-deserved honor! Keep reaching for greatness—we can’t wait to see all that he accomplishes in the future. 🎉📚🏆👏

We’re asking families and community members who are able to donate bags of chips and watermelon to help make our Husky Day celebration a success! Donations can be dropped off at the main office by June 9.

Thank you for your support—we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone and hope to see you there! 💙💛🐾

6th grade students experienced a day they’ll never forget. Fenway Park’s Learning Lab invited our students to take a behind the scenes look into America’s oldest ball park.

Students brushed up on some math, history, and science lessons on the tour and were greeted by the Red Sox pitcher, Garrett Crochet who inspired our kids to dream big and trust the process.

Huge thanks to our partners at the Red Sox and Mass Mutual for providing the opportunity.
