On June 8, beneath a canopy of purple and gold along Boston’s waterfront, the Boston Latin School Class of 2026 crossed the stage and joined a tradition nearly four centuries in the making.

From the opening notes of the Symphonic Band to the final toss of mortarboards, the evening celebrated far more than academic achievement. It honored years of hard work, intellectual curiosity, friendship, resilience, and growth.

As the nation’s oldest public school prepares to enter its 392nd year, we congratulate the newest members of the Boston Latin School alumni community. We cannot wait to see where their talents, character, and ambition lead next.

Congratulations, Class of 2026. We are proud of all you have accomplished—and excited for all that is yet to come.

For six years, you met the demands of one of the most rigorous academic traditions in the country — and you showed up for each other along the way. The Class of 2026 brought curiosity, grit, and genuine community to every classroom, rehearsal, competition, and corner of Avenue Louis Pasteur.

Sumus primi. We were first, and now you go first — into universities, into careers, into lives that will leave a mark on the world.

To the families and teachers who built the foundation: thank you. To the students: everything you have worked for has prepared you for what comes next. The BLSA community stands behind you, proud and ready to welcome you as alumni.

Your futures are yours. Go make them extraordinary.

Nearly four centuries after its founding, Boston Latin School continues to do what it has always done best: bring remarkable people together.

For two evenings in May, the halls of Boston Latin School filled with something familiar: old friends reconnecting, classmates sharing memories, and generations of alumni celebrating the place that continues to bring them together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for Alumni Reunion Weekend on May 8 and 9. It was a joy to welcome so many members of the Latin School community back to school.
Whether you attended or simply want to see the smiles, conversations, and celebrations, we invite you to revisit the weekend through our reunion photo albums at Alumni Photo Albums at bls.org.
