From 2021 intake photos โก๏ธ day-before-show-day 2026.
Taylor and I have been working together for years now, and this transformation is about so much more than what you can see in these photos.
Yes, the physical progress is undeniable. The shape, the muscle, the conditioning, the stage presenceโฆ all of it has grown tremendously.
But what Iโm most proud of is who Taylor has become through the process.
Since we started working together, she has stayed consistent through career changes, moves from DC to NYC, overseas, and then to Texasโฆ and she has never missed a beat. She shows up. She does the work. She communicates. She trusts the process. And she continues to grow, not just as an athlete, but as a person.
Taylor earned her pro card in her very first competition season at the OCB Chesapeake in fall 2021. She made her pro debut at the OCB Conquer in May 2023, earning 1st in her class, then went on to the OCB Scorcher that June where she earned 1st in her pro class and 3rd overall.
And now here we areโฆ her 3rd pro season, first show of three, and she is ready to hit the stage tomorrow at the OCB Scorcher in Phoenix, AZ.
This is what long-term coaching looks like.
Not quick fixes.
Not rushing the process.
Not just chasing a stage look.
Itโs building the athlete, the mindset, the habits, the confidence, and the body over time.
Taylor, I could not be more proud of you. Now go have FUN and show them what years of work looks like.

John and Jessica came to me back in January with a pretty special goal: to prep for their very first bodybuilding show together this September โ which also happens to be Jessicaโs sister Christinaโs first show promotion @ OCB Liberty Natural in NY.
Jessica was a runner. John lifted some and ran. Both are military โ Jessica is retired, John is still serving โ and while they both had a strong work ethic, we knew we had to start from the ground up.
Before we could even think about โprep,โ we had to build the foundations:
๐ Learning how to eat to fuel training and support fat loss.
Getting consistent in the gym.
Managing steps and recovery.
๐ And just as importantlyโฆ John needed to sleep, and Jessica needed to get her digestion in a better place.
And we did that.
A lot of coaches would have thrown them straight into a hard calorie deficit, meal plan, and cardio right out of the gate. But thatโs not coaching. Thatโs rushing the process.
Real prep starts with a foundation.
Now? These two are in such a solid place.
โ
They take their food with them to weekly game nights.
โ
They stay social and plan ahead at restaurants.
โ
They train consistently.
โ
They get in 8โ10k steps per day.
โ
They sleep and digest like champions.
And theyโve each lost 20+ lbs since January while making incredible body composition changes.
But honestly, one of my favorite parts of this entire transformation came from Johnโs most recent check-in:
โOn a side note, one of the best parts of this process is seeing Jessica fall in love with the process. Something that hasnโt been stated in this journey is that, even though Jessica and I already had a very strong relationship, this process has somehow managed to make us even stronger.โ
Yes, the physical transformation is amazing. But watching two people build discipline, confidence, health, teamwork, and an even stronger relationship through this process?
Thatโs the real win.
So proud of these two and what theyโve built so far. September is going to be something special.

Meara first started coming to our posing classes back in 2022, unsure of what division she wanted to compete in.
In December of 2022, she submitted her application to coach with us with the photos on the left, and after looking at her structure, shape, and overall potential, we knew Womenโs Physique was where she belonged.
Fast forward to fall of 2023, and she hit the stage for the very first time at the OCB Presidential Cup, earning 1st place in Debut and Novice, and just barely missing the Open class win and her pro card. She followed that up with another 1st place win at the OCB Chesapeake Classic, though there werenโt enough athletes in the class for a pro card to be awarded that day.

She took time โoffโ from the stage, but definitely not from training. During that time, she earned numerous awards, PRs, and records in powerlifting โ and that strength work clearly came in handy.
The photos on the right show the result of that work as she heads into peak week for the OCB Conquer this Saturday.

What a season of life, strength, and purpose this woman is living. She's a true inspiration!
In 2024, Jill achieved a life long dream and earned her OCB Pro Card in Womenโs Physique. This coming weekend sheโll step on stage in an IPL bodybuilding show before stepping on stage at OCB The Conquer in just two weeks.
And if that wasnโt impressive enough, Jill is also turning 55 this May, is a proud mom of 9, grandma to a couple of sweet grandbabies, and somehow still manages to be a phenomenal endurance athlete, having completed multiple 29029 Everestg treks while continuing to train for bodybuilding competitions.
Jill is the definition of dedication, grit, and what it means to be a true NATURAL athlete in every aspect of the word. She continues to prove that strength, discipline, and big goals donโt have an age limit.
Peak week is here, and I could not be more excited to see her shine.
Letโs go, Jill.

Itโs always nice to hear a compliment.
But if Iโm being honestโฆ โYou look great for your ageโ has been sitting with me a little differently since I heard it while celebrating my 53rd birthday this weekend.
I know people mean well. I know itโs usually intended as kindness. But thereโs something underneath it that doesnโt quite sit right with me.
Why โfor your ageโ?
Why do we act surprised when a woman in her 40s, 50s, or beyond looks vibrant, strong, healthy, beautiful, alive?
Why the shocked face when we say our age?
What exactly are we supposed to look like?
Tired?
Invisible?
Less than?
Past our prime?
I donโt buy that narrative.
Aging is not the problem.
The story weโve attached to aging is.
Somewhere along the way, too many women were taught that getting older meant becoming less relevant, less seen, less desirable, less powerful.
That after 40, we fade into the background.
No.
Absolutely not.
Age can bring confidence.
Wisdom.
Depth.
Presence.
Freedom.
A stronger sense of self.
A willingness to care less about fitting into the worldโs expectations and more about living fully in our own truth.
Thatโs not becoming invisible.
Thatโs becoming more fully seen.
Maybe itโs time we shift the language.
Instead of โyou look great for your ageโโฆ
what if we just said:
You look great.
You seem happy.
You look strong.
Youโre glowing.
Your energy is incredible.
No qualifier needed.
Because the goal isnโt to look younger.
The goal is to live well, feel well, and show up fully at every age.
Iโm not interested in buying into the idea that weโre supposed to decline into irrelevance.
I want women to know they do not disappear with age.
They deepen.
They expand.
They become.
And that is something worth being seen for.
I forever want to be someone who and reminds women, of all ages, exactly who they are and why they deserve to be seen!
