We wrapped up the 2026 TIA Summer Board Meeting by giving back to the local YMCA.

Board members and staff came together to stuff 100 backpacks filled with snacks, hygiene essentials, and other age-appropriate items for children and families in the community.

At TIA, we’re proud to support initiatives that make a positive impact beyond our industry. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this project a success!

While equipment, procedures, and training all play a critical role, your personal commitment to safety is what makes the biggest difference. Stay alert, follow proper safety practices, and take care of yourself in the field so you can make it home safely to your family every night.
