This strategically alliance is open to graduate and undergraduate students through the Business Experience Program (LIU-BEP). It fundamentally provides a resume enriching experience that equips students with certifications, internships, job simulations, and relationships with organizational recruiters.

LIU School of Business attended the NYS DECA conference Rochester with over 2,000 high school students, advisors, business partners, and alumni. Assistant Dean, Dr. Corrado Amato led a workshop on “Public Speaking & Captive Audiences” through hands-on activities. Many student participants utilized this workshop to improve their investor pitch and business presentation. We would like to congratulate the winning teams and their supporting faculty members!

Today, we had the honor of welcoming Steven Bandrowczak, LIU (Long Island University) alumnus and CEO of Xerox, to our Principles for Life, Work & Impact class - inspired by Ray Dalio’s "Principles."
Steve shared his personal principles that have guided him through life and business, emphasizing that leadership isn’t easy, but true growth comes from overcoming challenges and helping others.
He reinforced the importance of ethics in both life and the workplace, inspiring us to lead with integrity and purpose.

The 2025 NYC City-Wide Business Plan Competition on Thursday, February 13th was an incredible display of student entrepreneurship and innovation! From creative business concepts to competitive presentations, these future leaders impressed our judges and earned many standards of excellence awards.
