Tayyorlanishi: Masalliqlarni yuvib, to‘g‘rang. 1 litr suvga solib, bir marta qaynatib oling. Olovni o‘chirib, 20 daqiqa damlab qo‘ying. Kun davomida iching.
Kimlarga mumkin emas:
Oshqozon muammolari borlarga: Yarasi (yazva), gastrit yoki kislotaligi yuqori bo‘lganlarga.
Allergiyasi borlarga: Ananas yoki tsitrus mevalariga.
Homilador va emizikli ayollarga: Faol moddalari bolaga ta’sir qilishi mumkin.
Qon bosimi past yoki qon suyultiruvchi dori ichadiganlarga. Recipe
**Ingredients:** 1 pineapple peel, 1 lemon, cinnamon (or ginger), 1L water.
How to make:Wash and slice the peel and lemon. Add to 1L of water with cinnamon (or ginger) and bring to a boil. Turn off heat, cover, and steep for 20 minutes. Drink throughout the day.

Instructions:
1. Crust (optional): Press the pastry dough into a quiche dish, raising the sides. If you are making a crustless version (frittata), just grease the pan.
2. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
3. Filling: Place the clean spinach leaves and halved cherry tomatoes neatly on top of the crust or on the bottom of the greased pan.
4. Mixture: In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with milk (or cream) using a fork, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Do‘konda sut tanlashda adashib ketyapsizmi? Marketing tuzog‘iga tushmaslik uchun yorliqlarni o‘qishni o‘rganamiz!
❌ Foydasiz o‘simlik suti: Tarkibida shakar, raps yog‘i va ichakni zararlaidigan karaginan (E407) bor. Asosiy yong‘oq yoki suli esa atigi 2%!
✨ A2 suti haqiqiy yutuq: Agar oddiy sutdan qorningiz dam bo‘lsa, muammo laktozada emas, A1 oqsilida bo‘lishi mumkin. A2 suti esa xuddi ona suti kabi oson hazm bo‘ladi va yallig‘lanish chaqirmaydi.
