Ismaloq va pomidorli tuxumli zapekanka (Frittata)
Bu taom nonushta yoki yengil tushlik uchun juda mos, tayyorlanishi oson va vitaminlarga boy.
Masalliqlar:
Tuxum: 4-5 dona
Sut yoki qaymoq (10%li): 50 ml
Cherri pomidorlari: 7-8 dona (o‘rtasidan bo‘lingan)
Yangi ismaloq (шпинат): bir siqim
Qattiq pishloq (pishganida erishi uchun): 50-70 g (qirg‘ichdan o‘tkazilgan)
Sariyog‘ yoki o‘simlik yog‘i: qolipni moylash uchun
Tuz va murch: ta’bga ko‘ra Spinach and Tomato Quiche (Frittata)
This dish is perfect for breakfast or a light lunch—tender, satisfying, and packed with vitamins.
Ingredients:
Eggs: 4-5
Milk or light cream (10%): 50 ml
Cherry tomatoes: 7-8 (halved)
Fresh spinach: a handful
Hard cheese (good for melting): 50-70 g (grated)
Quiche crust (pastry dough): pre-bought or homemade (optional, the image shows more of a frittata without a defined crust, but a quiche usually has one)
Butter or vegetable oil: for greasing the pan
Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions:
1. Crust (optional): Press the pastry dough into a quiche dish, raising the sides. If you are making a crustless version (frittata), just grease the pan.
2. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
3. Filling: Place the clean spinach leaves and halved cherry tomatoes neatly on top of the crust or on the bottom of the greased pan.
4. Mixture: In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with milk (or cream) using a fork, adding salt and pepper to taste.
5. Assembly: Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on top.
6. Baking: Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the egg mixture has puffed up, and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden. Serve warm.
