Every day we will focus on a new theme and week long campers will work on a special cake or culinary project of their choice. This week we kick off summer with classic technique driven recipes like eggs benedict, pan fried chicken, brownie bundt cakes, homemade mac and cheese and more!

6/29: Cloud Pancakes, Watermelon Pizza, Strawberry Shortcake cupcakes, Pizza Empanadas

6/30: Banana Stuffed French Toast, Chicken Fried Rice w/ veggies, Smores cookies w/ marshmallow dip, chocolate pretzels

7/1 : Breakfast Crepes, Roast Potatoes and homemade chicken tenders w/ homemade ranch dip,

7/2: Red White and Blue Pancakes made with strawberries and blueberries, Corn on the cob w/ burgers and fries, Fruit salad w/ sweet beet dip Red White and Blue Bundt cake to take home! Parents join us at 3pm for a dine in of all we made!
