Did you know that your student has access to Greensboro and High Point Public Libraries with their GCS ID?!?
Through the GOALS partnership, students enrolled in GCS will be able to access library research databases and borrow digital materials such as e-books, e-audiobooks, magazines, music, and videos using their GCS student ID number.

Read at least 600 minutes over summer break to receive a free ticket to one Kersey Valley attraction. (Tickets can be used for General Admission to Maize Adventure or Kersey Valley Christmas).

End of Year Cookout (current students, families, and alumni are welcome) on Friday, June 5th between 11am-2pm
6th Grade Awards at 9am on Wednesday, June 10th
7th Grade Awards at 10:30am on Wednesday, June 10th

The 8th grade promotion ceremony and school-wide cookout (which is open to all current students, family, and alumni) will be held on Friday, June 5th from 11:00-2:00.
Let’s all chip in and send in items!
6th grade- Individually wrapped desserts (nut free)
7th grade- Sides- Chips (Cacaci’s AA), Cuties (Shiver’s AA) and Apples (Bonner’s AA)
8th grade- 8 oz. bottles of water and Capri Suns
Donated items can be dropped off at the school, handed off to a PTSA representative in the car line on Thursday, June 4th or brought during the cookout set-up.
We also need volunteers! Sign-up if you can help on June 5th with the festivities.
