While Silverhawk is an FAA Part 141 flight school, students can choose to train under either Part 141 or Part 61 depending on their goals, schedule, and learning style.

Part 141 follows an FAA-approved syllabus with structured lessons, stage checks, and a higher level of oversight. It also allows students to earn certain certificates and ratings with fewer required flight hours, which can save both time and money.

Part 61 offers more flexibility and a customized pace, making it a great fit for students with changing schedules or unique training needs.
