Impressive riding from our coached athlete at the Bavarian Championships, where he secured an excellent second-place finish. 👏

We love seeing our athletes grow, progress, and achieve their goals. Every journey is unique, and it’s important to take a moment to celebrate the milestones along the way, big and small.

Great work, , and kudos to coach Nathan Haas on another strong performance together! 🔥

Training in the heat sounds miserable, but the data says otherwise. One EF Pro Cycling rider held 330 watts almost 30 minutes longer after a dedicated block of heat training. That's hard to ignore.

Here's what's happening physiologically: your heart rate drops at the same workload, you start sweating earlier, you lose less sodium, and you cope better with heat that used to slow you down.

And the best part is you don't need months to see results. For most riders, 7 to 14 days of heat training is enough to start noticing real adaptations.

Have you tried heat training? Tell us about your experience below.

Coryn Labecki is in a class of her own.

74 national titles. Winner of the Tour of Flanders. Stage victories at the Giro Donne and Vuelta. One of the most accomplished cyclists the United States has ever produced.

In this episode, Nathan and Colby sit down Coryn to explore what it actually takes to win at the highest level, and how those lessons translate into coaching.

They discuss sprinting beyond the power meter, the value of race instinct, the growth of women’s cycling, and why consistency often matters more than making a statement.

Now balancing life as a mother and coach, Coryn also shares her perspective on motivation, identity, and the lessons sport teaches long after the racing ends.

The bunch rides are special.

As Lachlan puts it: “If I could only do one ride, it would be the bunch ride. Every time.”

Jet fuel. Eco fuel. Diesel fuel. 🚴

Not all ride nutrition is consumed for the same purpose.

The trick isn’t finding the “best” fuel. It’s matching the right fuel to the right ride.

Sometimes two gels will do the job. Sometimes you need a bar. And sometimes you’re carrying enough cake to feed a small village.

Fuel the work required.
