We're excited to announce a new program from HKS Executive Education: Collaborating for Public Value, co-chaired by Jack Donahue and Matt Andrews.

This online program empowers leaders to navigate the full lifecycle of collaboration between the public and private sectors—from deciding when working together beats acting alone, to crafting effective structures, to overcoming the complications of government–business and government–civil society relationships.

Participants will build the skills to lead and adapt collaborative initiatives while navigating the challenges and risks that come with them.

Beginning her career as an interpreter while living as a war refugee, Donika Berisha Rizaj went on to become a prime-time news anchor at one of Kosovo’s largest television stations while simultaneously managing education projects at the British Council Kosovo Office.

Driven by curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning, she brought her unique blend of communications, media, and international development experience to HKS Executive Education, where she earned her Executive Certificate in Public Policy.
