Property tax experts from across Europe came together last week to discuss comparative insights and policy lessons at a conference signaling the launch of "Property Tax in Europe: A Changing Landscape"—the Lincoln Institute's newest book in a series on international property taxation.

Our Innovations in Manufactured and Modular Homes Network (I’m HOME) and The Pew Charitable Trusts gathered in DC two weeks ago for the launch of the new State Policy Playbook for Manufactured Homes. The event introduced the playbook’s policy recommendations and highlighted ways that states can increase housing supply, improve affordability, and modernize policy through manufactured housing.

The International Land Conservation Network (ILCN) awards the Conservation Innovation Award yearly to recognize landmark innovations in the field of land conservation. The award provides a stipend for award recipients to develop and carry out a technology transfer or knowledge exchange to facilitate peer learning and disseminate the innovation to a wider community of practice.
