The interest rates are holding steady from December, which is GREAT! The interest rate is 6.48% as of June 5, 2026, a slight bit lower since May, so make sure you write those contracts and lock in your rate!
The home building industry continues on a steady path and many Purchasers are eager to buy a BRAND NEW HOME! There are very few spec homes ready to move in AND some specs being built right NOW! You could pick your flooring, paint colors, and possibly counter tops, so scoop them up if you are in need of a quick closing!!!

We have a lot of new neighborhoods where plats have recently got recorded and we are starting to pull the permits in these neighborhoods, so you have a GREAT choice to find your favorite spot, write those contracts, and build those dreams!!!
