Over 30 people and growing, and ain’t no stopping us! 🙌 A huge welcome to all the new faces who joined us after celebrating Global Running Day with us. We’re so glad you’re part of the South Cape Run Club family! ❤️

For Episode 22, you’ll draw a card before the walk/run, and whatever number you pull is your challenge for the night.

Will you get lucky with a short stroll? 🍀
Or will the mileage gods have other plans? 👀

All routes stay within our normal distances. This is about having fun, mixing things up, and remembering that successful runners don’t always run the same distance. Sometimes the best training is simply showing up and moving.
