Progress is happening at Carmel Therapy Network’s newest Carmel location: 580 E. Carmel Drive✨

The walls are up, the 5 new offices are taking shape, and we are one step closer to opening our second Carmel location this July 2026.

This space was designed with intention to provide a welcoming, trauma-informed environment where individuals, families, and kiddos can access high-quality mental health and nutrition services.

We are grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way and excited to continue expanding access to care in our community. It is an absolute honor to be in this community and trusted to provide quality care!

Stay tuned on our website, Facebook, or Instagram for more updates as we get closer to opening our doors this summer.

A huge thank you to Erin Hurst for her continued advocacy and leadership on policy and reimbursement issues impacting dietitians across Indiana. There is a lot happening right now in the policy and reimbursement world.

Thank you for also including our team in a few of the round table discussions related to advocacy and discussion for eating disorder coverage.

Some important updates include:

• Drafting legislation requiring insurance companies to cover eating disorder treatment.

• Efforts continue to advance telehealth payment parity in Indiana.

Additionally, CAQH has recently undergone a rebrand, making it a good time for providers to review updates and stay informed about any changes that may impact credentialing and payer enrollment processes.

Thank you again, Erin Hurst for your dedication to advancing access to nutrition care and advocating for both providers and the clients we serve throughout Indiana. We hope to see continued change in 2027.

Action item: If you have a story related to restricted or limited eating disorder coverage and/or denial in Indiana please check the comments if you would like to share your story to help voices be heard across Indiana.

We accept a range of insurance plans to make trauma‑informed therapy and medical nutrition counseling more accessible to our neighbors in Hamilton County and virtually across Indiana. We accept most United Healthcare, UMR, AETNA, and Anthem BCBS plans.

You can call or message us to confirm your specific plan or fill out a form on our website; we’ll walk you through benefits, copays, and any prior‑authorization needs.

In many cases both in‑person and virtual sessions are covered; initial intake visits are billed like other clinical appointments and we’ll explain any costs up front if you provide your insurance card prior to starting services.

We focus on lasting change, not quick fixes, and will help you navigate logistics so you can focus on healing. Learn more or verify coverage:

Three years ago, Carmel Therapy Network eagerly welcomed our very first dietitian, Keely, and we became a multidisciplinary practice. We worked well together from the start because we shared a common goal: making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Little did I know .rd would go on to become our Clinical Director and such an important part of the heart of this practice and our growth. Keely, thank you for three years of dedication, leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to both our team and the clients we serve. Thank you for being detail oriented, spell-checking, organized, and systematic.

You have helped shape CTN into what it is today. I appreciate your intentionality with trauma-informed care. Through your steady presence, willingness to jump in wherever needed, and genuine care for those around you, you have been an incredible support to our dietetics team and the practice as a whole.

I am incredibly grateful for your partnership, wisdom, and the countless ways you support our clinicians, dietitians, and community. Your impact is undeniable, and the growth of this practice has been made stronger because of your contributions.

Congratulations on three years with CTN. We are so fortunate to have you, and I can’t wait to see what the next three years brings.

Happy CTN Anniversary, Keely!
