Our little learners have been enjoying summer both indoors and outdoors! From exploring new summer-themed activities and creating fun crafts to discovering nature, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying the fresh air, each day is filled with learning, fun, and wonder. ☀️🌿🎨

🌿On The Montessori Shelf: Multiplication Board

🔹 Purpose
The Multiplication Board helps children build a strong understanding of multiplication through hands-on learning and repetition. It allows children to explore multiplication facts in a concrete and visual way.

🔹 How It Works
Children use numbered tiles and beads to complete multiplication equations on the board. By counting and placing beads in rows, they physically see and experience repeated addition and multiplication patterns.

🔹 What Children Learn
• Multiplication facts and memorization
• Skip counting and number patterns
• Concentration and logical thinking
• Confidence and independence in math work

Using concrete materials makes math more meaningful and engaging for children!
