From the moment the doors opened until the final song played, you helped create an atmosphere filled with fellowship, laughter, dancing, and memories that will last long after the leis are put away.

We are proud to partner once again with the BEAM Foundation, Inc. for the Summer Coding Academy. This year we will walk students through coding concepts to include basic Python programming, AI, and Cybersecurity. The Coding Academy is free to students and open to middle school students (boys and girls). Please register today

That Alpha Fever at today's MLK Day Parade.

One of the benefits of having a large chapter is that we can amplify our impact across the city. Today alone BNL hosted 4 service projects for the city.

1)Pack 1906 Cub Scouts: 12 scouts earned promotions today as our fledgling pack has doubled in size in just two years
2) Alpha Academy: Today, the students learned the importance of STEM careers and participated in critical taking exercises for cash, which certainly picked their interest.
3) Pharoahs: Today our high school juniors discussed how to prepare for and transition into college
4) Community Service: The chapter came together to serve food to some of our less fortunate neighbors.

And to top it all off there an ugly Christmas Sweater Party tonight. Whew!

Today at Alpha Academy we focused on STEM careers and how critical thinking was vital to success. The students split up and completed four separate challenges for cash prizes. It's funny how money brings out the competition. It definitely got intense.

And we're off! Alpha Academy 2023 kicked off today with the Amazing Race. Physical and mental tasks challenged our students and they rose to the challenge. Looking forward to a great year. Can you answer the first question? Divide 30 by 1/2 add 10. What did you get?
