Ignite Achievement Academy

Not every student is on the same path post-high school, and at Ignite Achievement Academy, we believe that’s something to be supported!

Our FLAME Program is a life-skills and transition program designed specifically for students with autism and other special needs, ages 14–21, who benefit from a more functional, real-world approach to learning.

🔥 What makes FLAME different?
- Students participate in off-campus job experiences most mornings to gain hands-on skills in a variety of organizations
- Students build confidence while exploring real career interests
- Transportation is provided by the school

🔥Inside the classroom, learning comes to life:
- Cooking for independence
- Budgeting, making change, and financial literacy
- Resume writing and job communication skills
- Independent living skills
- Academics taught through real-world application

Every lesson is designed with one goal in mind:
Helping students leave the program prepared for independence, employment, and life

This is more than a program—it’s a pathway to a meaningful future.
