Hey everyone! For one of our last meetings of the semester, we’re going to be doing something new and fun… chocolate meditation!!

Chocolate will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Excited to see you guys there!

Hey Everyone! Our 2nd Yoga Under the Stars event is tomorrow, 10/18/23.

Join us at Belk Plaza from 7:00pm to 9:00pm! We hope to see some familiar faces, but also some new ones. Very excited to see everyone again!

We will provide yoga mats, but supply is limited. There will be free snacks and drinks, join us for a great time!
