What an incredible day of learning, teamwork, and academic excellence! Our 2nd Annual 5th Grade Math Quiz Bowl Competition was created to give elementary students a platform to showcase their math skills and build confidence before advancing to middle and high school competitions—and this year did not disappoint!

We are so proud of all of our scholars who competed with determination, sportsmanship, and a love for math. This competition continues to grow and provides an amazing opportunity for our students to shine early in their academic journey!

Our K-2 DIBELS Night was an absolute success! It was wonderful seeing so many of our families partner with our staff to support our youngest readers. 📚✨

Parents walked away with essential testing insights, but the best part was seeing families dive into hands-on activities with their students; tools they can start using at home tonight to keep that momentum going! We wrapped up the evening by building community over a delicious Olive Garden pasta dinner and enjoying the beautiful weather while the kids played on the playground. 🍝☀️

On Friday, our school community gathered for a special assembly to recognize Dr. Antoinette Brandon, our incredible 5th grade literacy teacher and current Teacher of the Year. We are thrilled to share that she has now been named our School Performance Area Teacher of the Year and is a finalist for District Teacher of the Year! 👏📚

To make the moment even more unforgettable, Dr. Brandon received a surprise visit from Sir Purr, the beloved mascot of her favorite NFL team, the Carolina Panthers! 🐾🏈 The excitement in the room was electric as students and staff celebrated a teacher who makes such a powerful impact every day.

A special thank you to our amazing community supporters who helped make this celebration possible. Your continued partnership and support help us create meaningful moments that uplift and celebrate the incredible educators in our school. 💙
