Last week, 7 FAST members attended the Fire Department Instructors Conference (FDIC). They attended classes in topics of: Man vs Machine, Heavy Extrication, and Can Confidence. This is continuation of the long partnership between UNC Charlotte and the volunteers of FDIC

Yesterday, FAST was able to present the Firefighters’ Burned Children Fund of Charlotte - Mecklenburg County (FFBCF) a donation of $600 that was raised during our spring raffle! President Henry Cook was able to come out and share about what his organization does for burn survivors and their families within our community.

On Sunday, FAST participated in the annual 9/11 stair climb at Jerry Richardson Stadium. We were honored to climb 110 floors to remember those firemen lost that day.
