Our PE teachers enjoy great facilities, including a large gymnasium, expansive outdoor space, a soccer field, basketball courts, and all the equipment needed to create fun, engaging, and memorable PE experiences for elementary students.

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education
✅ Current North Carolina teaching license

Yesterday, we celebrated our last school mass of the year. After Mass, we celebrated our incredible teachers, including Mrs. Giroux, who received the Father Frank Award! 😃

We also awarded our Fruits of the Holy Spirit Awards. Congratulations to the following staff members:

Mrs. Snoke recognized our faculty that are moving on to new adventures:

⛳Coach Martin - retiring after 20+ years of dedication to our school
💗Mrs. Obeck - retiring after joining us back in 2020 on the first day of "Zoom school"!
🍎Mrs. Walsh - retiring after being part of the St. Gabe's community for over 25 years!
📚Mrs. Olson - After 19 wonderful years in fifth grade, she is moving up for a new challenge to teach math to the Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School 6th graders.
🥰Mrs. Kelly - After many years at St. Gabe's, she is moving to a new position at Charlotte Catholic High School!
💻Mr. Vari has been promoted to a new position at the Diocese of Charlotte.
✝ Mrs. McWalters & Mrs. Bowling are both leaving to pursue new opportunities!

Congratulations to our kindergarten graduates! We are so proud of all they’ve accomplished this year and can’t wait to see them shine in 1st grade!

Today our third graders brought economics to life during their Producer & Consumer Event! 💵🛍️ Students created products to sell while their classmates used coins they earned to “purchase” items.

This hands-on experience gave students a real-world look at earning, spending, and making choices as producers and consumers. We are so proud of the hard work and entrepreneurial spirit our students showed today! 👏

Our 4th and 5th grade students applied for the opportunity to participate in the Art Discovery showcase. They were able to choose the mediums they wanted to work with and created pieces that were completely self-driven. Mrs. Deaver guided them throughout the process while allowing each student's creativity to shine!

We are so proud of these young artists and grateful to Mrs. Deaver for supporting and inspiring them every step of the way! 🎨🖌

This morning, the Rosary Club with Mrs. Click led our school community in prayer as we came together to pray the Rosary on Jaguar TV. Shoutout to the 2nd graders for doing such a wonderful job!🙏✝

We were so excited to welcome back our 8th graders on Friday! It was extra special seeing them reunited with their prayer partners. We loved celebrating them with a clap out as they prepare for their next adventure in high school! Congratulations! 🎓
