The CharlotteMetro YPG seeks to cultivate young professionals through career building programs, social events, etc.

The Group is open to professionals 35 years and under. APA and YPG Membership:
The YPG is open to professionals 35 years old and under and to students. YPG membership is included with your normal APA membership dues. Once you're a member of the APA, all you need to do is request membership in the YPG by sending a message to one of administrators. All young planners and professionals are welcome to attend any YPG event or program.

Charlotte Metro YPG: Blue Line Extension Tour Survey 04/02/2018

The Lynx Blue Line Extension finally opened up last month to tons of fanfare. We're sure everyone has given the train a test run, but have you taken a tour of the new line with CATS staff yet? If a critical mass are interested, a rep from CATS and the Charlotte Planning Dept will join us as a tour guide to discuss all things BLE.

Depending on people's availability, we'll meet at 7th St Station in Uptown, grab a drink/bite together, and then ride the light rail to the terminal station at UNCC and back.

The CharlotteMetro Young Planners had a great Tuesday connecting and getting to know each other! We've had three happy hours so far and are looking forward to developing new ideas and events to keep this group growing at such a positive pace!
