Okay so the New Moon in Gemini Sunday falls in the third decan & the tarot card associated with it is Ten of Swords. 🌑
So...that card..a dramatic one with the figure face down and ten swords in the back. I see you wincing.
So think of this as representing the mind, thoughts, the stories and certainties we've been carrying around so long they started to feel like facts. So maybe what's actually ending here isn't anything as dramatic as it looks. It's a way of thinking that has finally run out of road so we can welcome in some new insights & plant some new seeds.
Uranus moved into Gemini recently for a seven year stretch & this is the very first New Moon of this era. Something is opening. The Ten of Swords isn't the end of the story...it's the clearing before one begins. 🗡️✨
Full breakdown my newsletter...astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, ritual ideas. Not on my list yet? Link in comments.

Ok so today's Venus-Jupiter conjunction is genuinely one of the best transits of the year ☺️ & let's go a bit deeper for some food for thought. This conjunction is in the last decan of Cancer. The ruler of that decan? The Moon. And the tarot card that goes with it? The Four of Cups.
One interpretation of this card could be…a figure sitting under a tree, arms crossed, staring at the three cups on the ground in front of him. Deep in his feelings. Completely turned inward. Notice there's a hand literally coming out of the clouds/universe offering him a fourth cup & he doesn't even see it. That's the shadow this transit is asking us to look at today.
Venus and Jupiter together in Cancer is not chase energy. It's receiving energy. Receiving requires that you actually look up from whatever you've been staring at. The Moon ruling this decan means it's emotional & tied to memory. Those three cups on the ground are real. Those three cups on the ground are real. The disappointments were real. The times you reached for something and got your hand slapped, or worse, got exactly what you wanted and watched it fall apart anyway…that's all in there. Sitting in your body & informing every decision you make about what you're allowed to want. And yet… the fourth cup is being offered right now.
This lands in the middle of Human Design Gate 45 week, the Gatherer, the inventory of what's actually already here & our relationship with the scarcity conversation I mentioned in this week's newsletter. Because the Four of Cups isn't about lack. It's about being so focused on what disappointed you that you've stopped being available to what's arriving. Venus says here's what you love, Jupiter says let's expand it & Cancer says let it actually nourish you. The Moon says feel into it.
So the real question today: what's being offered to you right now that you're not quite letting yourself see?
Look up from the cups today, tomorrow & you might find a bit more sweetness.

I sat down with another Adrienne this week, because one was not enough! 😂
My friend Adrienne Craighead joined me on the Frequency Labyrinth podcast & we ended up wandering through Human Design, tachyon chambers, deconditioning, skepticism, self-trust, and why people sometimes get way too attached to labels in spiritual systems.
One of the things I appreciated most about this conversation is that neither of us approaches these modalities from a "just believe me" perspective. We both started a a bit as skeptics. We both ask a lot of questions.
We talked about Human Design beyond the surface-level memes, the difference between learning a system and actually living it, and why curiosity might be one of the most underrated spiritual practices available to us.
And yep, we also talk about tachyon chambers, which sounds like something straight out of science fiction until you find yourself having a surprisingly profound experience inside one.
If you've ever found yourself fascinated by consciousness, personal growth, energetic healing, or you've gone down more than a few rabbit holes in your lifetime, I think you'll enjoy this one.

I wrote about June being a time to deepen your roots in my June newsletter. Then I went to Asheville and apparently became obsessed with snapping pics of tree roots.
While walking on the Biltmore Estate trails, there had just been a good soaking rain…the air smelled like wet earth, moss, leaves, & something older that I can't quite put language to. Everything felt alive in that particular way forests do after a rain, when the boundary between things seems a little thinner.
I found myself really enjoying being among so many different types & sizes of trees. Some were saplings, just beginning their journey. Others had likely been standing there long before I arrived and will still be there long after I'm gone. I kept wondering about the stories they held.
Everywhere I looked there were roots. Twisting over rocks, reaching into the earth & holding steady on steep mountainsides. There's an old saying that if you want to grow tall, you have to grow deep. Standing there, it felt less like a metaphor and more like an observation.
There’s something magical about nature especially when the world, well people really, get loud with their BS. Nature serves as a reminder that there are seasons for reaching and seasons for rooting….& grounding….always is in season.
Because if the astrology is any indication, June is offering us a bit of a gift. A chance to strengthen what supports us before the cosmic weather becomes more demanding later in the summer. July and August carry a very different texture with much more friction & more pressure. More moments that will ask us to trust ourselves rather than react to the noise around us.
I found myself thinking that preparation doesn't always look like action…sometimes it looks like slowing down long enough to remember what nourishes you.
I feel that's what these first weeks of June are for…deepening the roots.

Just dropped the June Cosmic Energy Mix on the Frequency Labyrinth and if you're coming off that Sagittarius Full Moon feeling like you finally exhaled something you'd been holding for a while....good! That's exactly the right place to be standing as June opens.
Because June is genuinely one of the best months of the year astrologically. The Venus-Jupiter conjunction alone is worth paying attention to. But what I kept finding as I sat with the full picture...the Human Design gates, the Gene Keys, the astrology is allowing & receiving a bit more nourishment in your life.
This month I'm introducing the concept of your inner sanctuary & I mean that as a real practice, not just a metaphor because July is coming and eclipse season follows in August, and you are going to want somewhere to come back to.
We move through all six gate transits, the Venus-Jupiter conjunction in Cancer, the Gemini New Moon, Chiron moving into Ta**us, Mercury retrograde, a Capricorn Full Moon, and Jupiter making its move into Leo...all of it woven into one arc.
This is your spacious month. Use it.

As I was writing my Full Moon in Sagittarius newsletter this past week, I kept coming back to the same theme: making peace with something.
A bit surprising as Sagittarius usually gets framed as the sign of possibility, expansion, and the next horizon. Yet after this week’s Mars-Pluto square and Venus-Saturn square, what I’ve been noticing in conversations, with clients, and in my own reflections feels like there’s been a quality of recognition in the air. The sense that something you’ve been carrying, questioning, analyzing, or hoping would turn into something else has finally revealed its true shape.
Then I pulled a card for this Full Moon this morning & got Surrender.
The accompanying message read: “Sometimes learning to surrender can feel as if you’re dying. The ego learns what’s hardest is to stop trying to control the Universe.”
Well, on point then. The thing about surrender is that most of us hear the word and immediately recoil...we hear defeat, loss, giving up. Yet some of the most important moments in life arrive when you finally stop trying to force a different outcome and allow yourself to fully acknowledge what is already true. The relationship is what it is...the opportunity is what it is...the chapter or season is what it is. Sometimes the exhaustion isn’t coming from the situation itself. It’s coming from the energy required to keep arguing with reality.
Maybe that’s why this Full Moon feels less like a grand adventure and more like a threshold. There is something powerful about making peace with what has been revealed, because the moment you stop carrying the argument, your hands are suddenly free to carry something else. S P A C E appears & that feels...expansion...so yeah there’s where the possibility & expansion appear.
That’s what I’ve been sitting with this beautiful blue moon. How about you?
