McClintock Mighty Scots

Our school community is MIGHTY! Thanks to all of the families and community members, our PTO was able to accomplish so much this year.

-Launched our 1st direct give campaign raising $6100
-Gave 68 raffle items during Staff Appreciation Week
-Hosted 7 staff appreciation events including our week long Staff Appreciation Week
-Supported the first ever Spark Festival
-Hosted 13 Restaurant Spirit Nights raising $1600+
-Contributed to MMS library's Titlewish fundraiser

We're SOOO close to making our Titlewish fundraiser goal to purchase high-interest books for our school library. Every dollar raised goes to purchasing new materials for our book-loving students.

The last Hungry Howie's Spirit Night of the year is today, May 21 from 4-9p.

May has been a whirlwind and it's not even half over yet! We hosted our first ever Spark Festival on May 2 which celebrated all things STEAM!

Then the following week families got to celebrate the McClintock teachers and staff with an Around the World theme featuring: Continental breakfast, Lunch from Mi Pueblo Mexican Grill, an amazing raffle with over 60 community-donated items, tickets of appreciation from the students, a flight attendant themed snack cart & a sweet treat from Coquitos Flavored Ice!

As the year comes to an end, we can't help but feel gratitude for this magical school community!

Our Mighty Media Coordinator, Ms. Rowe, has launched a TitleWish campaign to get a jump start on high interest books for the upcoming school year & she's hoping to raise $2,000 but every dollar raised goes to purchasing reading material.
