Calling all Foard and Jacobs Fork wrestlers. We invite you to join us on Tuesday May 26th as we do the Murph Workout together. We will meet at the Fred T Foard track at 6:15am, and begin the workout at 6:30am. This is a great opportunity for our team to have one final workout together, and to welcome the new wrestlers that plan to join our team next season!
If there are any past wrestlers, coaches, or any parents that would like to join in this workout you are more than welcome.

Fred T. Foard High School in Newton, NC is excited to host the 2nd Annual Foard Tough Wrestling Camp from June 8–11, running daily from 11:00 AM – 4:45 PM.
Open to all wrestlers in grades 3rd–12th. This camp gives athletes a unique opportunity to train with and learn directly from college coaches across multiple levels, while also gaining valuable exposure for future recruiting.
Camp Clinicians:
• Monday (June 8): Othello “OT” Johnson – UNC Pembroke Head Coach (Div. II)
• Tuesday (June 9): Malik McDonald – NC State Assistant Coach (Div. I)
• Wednesday (June 10): James Connagham – Montreat College Head Coach (NAIA)
• Thursday (June 11): Ashley Flavin – Life University Women’s Head Coach (NAIA Women’s)
