At some point in their careers, agents may decide to become a leader. Being a leader of agents can be difficult. Agents look to the Broker-In-Charge (BIC) to provide impactful training, answer their urgent questions, support them when trouble arises, and celebrate when they succeed. In other words, be responsible to shape them into a solid citizen agent who provides lawful guidance to consumers. This is often made more difficult because the BIC rarely receives leadership training. An integral part of leadership are the skills to be an effective communicator. Up-skilled communication from the BIC can be modeled to agents and in turn, modeled to buyers/sellers. In essence, better leaders mean better agents, which means better client results.
