We’re so excited to watch this club continue to flourish! Special shoutout to President JD Hopper for leading the election process and also for his service the past year! He has been one of the most remarkable presidents this club has ever seen, and his term has been incredible! Between the club growing into the largest public speaking organization in the Carolinas and the club winning both major district championships, it's clear we are in the golden age of Queen City Toastmasters, and we are so thrilled to see it continue to thrive with the new batch of officers!

Club showed up to the District 37 Conference to support Shellie Byrd who won the District International Speech contest. First time in 10 years that QC has won a speech contest! Immediate Past President, Colin Stifler won the District Table Topics contest. And, Colin won the Helen Yandel Award! District Director David Jones received his DTM at the conference as well. Our president, JD Hopper, is extremely proud of the club for all of its competitive success, as well as for the club officially becoming the largest public speaking club in the Carolinas!
