travels to Thailand this week to compete in the WBC Amazing Muay Thai tournament!
We wish we could go with her but we can’t, so the next best thing is sending her off with tons of good energy!

CONGRATS to all of our MDL competitors from a couple weeks back.
We had a great mix of returning and first time competitors step up and get some valuable ring time. These events are always great to collect data and see what has been working and what needs improvement. Proud to say we went almost ALL green scores across the boards between 9 matches. Thank you to our amazing team who helped get us there with prep work and to our folks who made the trip with us. Thank you to everyone who stood across the ring from us on the day. 🙏 On to the next ones!

THE ACCOLADES keep coming!
Congrats to all of our 200 class milestone recipients!
200 classes requires dedication and drive, which everyone here has tons of. Some of these folks hit 200 in a relatively short amount of time, some took a bit longer. Rapid fire attendance or slow and steady… were just glad you’re here. 200 is a big number so thank you for continuing to show up class after class. 🙏❤️🎉
