Spontaneous collaboration is a special thing. I feel euphoric when I look at this portrait. It is a result of the synergy between three curious cuties happy to play in the darkness.

I skinny dipped and gazed upon the Ohio River with dear friends this weekend. We talked about the spiritual and energetic difference between rivers and lakes. It was nourishing.

meditation is one of many tools for disruption & resistance to the status quo of dominant culture. meditation is a tool for imagination & visioning a more just & peaceful world into being!

Intro workshop is suggested donation $15-30 with no one turned away for lack of funds. Meditation Club is a free (or by-donation) drop-in class for you to come as you are and as you are able. Retreat partner offers financial aid if tuition is the barrier.

putting money in the pockets of creative freelancers working in service to collective liberation (like me) instead of corporations or impersonal meditation apps is also a power move. let’s learn & practice together!

This retreat includes:
