Wearing my Ellicottville hat on my Chicago walk this morning and thinking about what’s coming next week.
Monday June 23rd I’ll be in western New York — at Lucky Day Homestead — holding a midsummer breathwork ceremony as the Strawberry Moon begins to ripen.
Two days after the Summer Solstice. Lying in the grass. Following the breath.
This one has a different energy. Quieter. More spacious. Like the land itself is part of the ceremony.
Early bird $30 through Sunday · $35 at the door · Space is limited
WNY friends — this one is for you. DM me to reserve your spot. 🌙
Hosted with Emily Tingue · 5111 Roszyk Hill Rd Machias NY · 10 min north of Ellicottville

You just never know who’s watching.
Someone reached out this week to tell me that these little clips have gotten them through some really hard times these past few months. And will in the weeks ahead.
I’d been wondering — as we all do — if anyone is actually seeing it. Feeling it. If it matters.
And then that.
When the ripple comes back to you — when you actually find out it landed somewhere — something shifts. The energy moves in both directions. Suddenly you feel it too.
The smallest moments have a luminous ripple effect. I’ve said it before. Now I’m feeling it from the other side.
Keep going. Show up anyway. You have no idea who needs exactly what you’re putting out into the world.

I’ve been watching myself move through the hills and valleys the last few weeks in real time.
Not in retrospect. While it was actually happening.
Saturday — Free Cycle day was electric. Full heart, full street, things finding new homes.
Sunday — garage sale. Light traffic. Long stretches of sitting with it.
I was so certain Saturday’s energy was going to carry right through.
It had other plans.
And here’s what I know — not just about garage sales, but about this work, life, and becoming:
The practice isn’t about staying on the hill.
It’s about stepping into the next illuminated place.
Following what your intuition is already pointing toward.
Eyes open. Moving anyway.
The valleys aren’t a detour. They’re part of the path.
There were hidden nuggets in Sunday. There always are, if you’re willing to look.
