Practice feels like a fitting word for yesterday. Juneteenth.
Practice showing up.
Practice imagining.
Practice repairing.
Practice building.
Practice creating conditions where more people experience belonging and dignity.
Freedom isn’t only something we inherit. It’s something communities continue creating together.
Thank you to everyone helping build spaces where young people and adults can thrive.

What if healing and justice were never separate?
This Juneteenth, we’re reflecting on the idea that transformation happens both within people and between people, in classrooms, communities, relationships, and systems.
We’re grateful to be in community with educators, students, families, and partners who continue showing us what care, accountability, and collective possibility can look like.
Wishing our community a meaningful Juneteenth.

Teaching has always been about more than academics.
And we know that a single day could never fully capture the impact educators have on young people’s lives. This Teacher Appreciation Day, we’re celebrating the countless ways they help shape who young people become...both inside and beyond the classroom.
We’re grateful for all that you do.
What’s something a teacher did for you that still stays with you today? Share it in the comments!
