Peyow Aqua Pilates

I don’t usually post my opinions here. Lately there are so many “Pilates” videos, posts, memes and even lengthy discussions about the method. It’s all exercise and that’s a good thing. Not all of it is Pilates. Especially when it’s a piece of choreography copied with no understanding of the Pilates approach. When I first started Pilates I overpowered moves, I was working from the outside in, coming from a fitness background. After finishing my advanced certifications long ago, and becoming an Instructor Trainer educator for , and over 20 years of teaching courses, I understand the Pilates connection, with control, breath, and precision. The more you practice Pilates the more it will teach you. And I’m still learning.
