Phi Sigma Sigma was founded on November 26, 1913 at Hunter College in New York. It was the first non-discriminative sorority, welcoming women with any type background. Phi Sigma Sigma's motto is 'Diokete Hupsala' meaning 'Aim High' and our sisters stand by that in everything
