Pride can be a celebration, but it’s so much more! We are proud to put our words into action and be consistent in our efforts to make CCR a welcoming place for people across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. We strive to support residents of Cook County who seek mediation and legal aid services, regardless of gender and sexuality. As mediators, we see the massive impact that identity plays into both conflict and resolution processes, and work every day to build a more equitable world.

Please join us in welcoming Morgan Rosenberg to CCR's Board of Directors!

Over the past nineteen years, Morgan has volunteered as a mediator, trainer, coach, and member of the Peer Review Committee. Morgan was honored as CCR’s 2010 Peacemaker of the Year, but her work doesn’t stop with our organization; Morgan also serves as a mediator, arbitrator, and attorney advisor in Title IX matters. In addition, she teaches negotiation, client interviewing and counseling, and mediation advocacy at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and the Quinlan School of Business.

A lifelong student of negotiation and conflict resolution, Morgan began her formal study of the field at Emory University and has dedicated her career to helping individuals, teams, and organizations engage conflict constructively, strengthen relationships, and achieve better outcomes. She describes her husband and three sons as “some of her most challenging and rewarding negotiation partners” ;) If the past is any indication, we’re looking at a bright future with Morgan on the board!

Please join us in welcoming Kyle Donash to CCR's Board of Directors!

After studying Political Science and Strategic Change Management, Kyle has built a career in communications and digital marketing. During his time at US Cellular, he has led major corporate social responsibility programs and social media campaigns, and served in a director role during a major acquisition in 2025. As an independent consultant, he is excited to dedicate time to his role on the CCR board, as well as hobbies that include gardening and all things tennis.

Kyle believes that it is critical to give people tools to navigate conflict; “As a storyteller at heart, I’m thrilled to help CCR share the impact of that work – and bring its mission to a broader audience.”
