Grit Endurance athlete Eduardo Losi completed the 2026 Unbound 200 - one of the hardest, most brutal single day gravel races in the world. Even better, he finished in the top 20% of all racers with a time of 13:15:52. Way to show Grit, Eduardo!

With Omaha 70.3 & Rockford 70.3 on the horizon, many of our athletes are tapering!

The purpose of tapering is to reduce overall volume to avoid excessive fatigue leading up to race day. Short bursts of intensity, like Sarah’s 30 min VO2 max ride, are great for keeping the nervous system primed for the course!

Yesterday, we celebrated Global Running Day at our track workouts in a special way: we wore our least-favorite race/running t-shirt to track.

“Whether it’s from a race that didn’t go as planned, a shirt with a questionable design, or swag you’ve never been excited to wear, it was a beautiful morning to wear it proudly. The idea is simple: even our toughest races, disappointing performances, and ugliest race shirts deserve to be celebrated. They represent the experiences, lessons, and opportunities that have helped us grow. More importantly, they remind us that we have the privilege of movement, competition, and an incredible community!” -Coach Whitney .n.z 💙

Friday Open Water Swim is FINALLY back! We’re hitting Ohio Street Beach tomorrow at 6am - look for our tent! Some reminders:

🏊‍♀️ Remember to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow enough time for putting on wetsuits
🏊‍♀️The tent will be up until 7am, bring a lock for your stuff if you plan on staying longer! Otherwise all personal items can be left at the tent.

59 degree water will be SUPER refreshing! Don’t miss it!
