We are thrilled to celebrate Taylor Phillips as our June Educator of the Month!
Taylor is truly a ray of sunshine in our school community. As our resident garden guru, she helps children connect with nature while creating beautiful opportunities for learning and discovery. Her classroom is filled with a sense of calm, peace, and belonging that reflects the intentional care she brings to everything she does.
What makes Taylor so special is the way she sees each child for exactly who they are. She takes the time to build meaningful relationships, nurture individual strengths, and create an environment where every student feels valued, loved, and supported.
Her joy is contagious, her kindness is genuine, and her heart for children shines through in every interaction. We are so grateful for the love, dedication, and positivity she brings to our school each day.

Congratulations to our May Educator of the Month, Miss Sydney!

We are so lucky to have Miss Sydney on our team of educators! She is incredibly warm, loving, and nurturing with our infants, always making sure they feel safe, valued, and deeply cared for each and every day.

No matter what life may bring outside of school, Miss Sydney always shows up 100% for her babies with patience, kindness, and love. Her calm and caring presence means so much to our little ones and to all of us at The Growing Room.

Congratulations to our April Educator of the Month, Lauren Krousouloudis!

We are so proud of Lauren and so lucky to have her at The Growing Room! Lauren always goes the extra mile, shows up with a smile, and is constantly willing to help wherever she’s needed.

She works incredibly hard for her students, always creating engaging activities and meaningful learning experiences in the classroom. Her positive energy is contagious, and her students absolutely adore her!

We are proud to recognize Miss Danielle Flanagan as our very first Educator of the Month!  For the past 10 years, Miss Danielle has been an incredible part of The Growing Room community and truly represents the heart of what a Growing Room teacher should be. Her patience is unmatched, and her classroom is always filled with kindness, warmth, and acceptance. Miss Danielle along with her co-teacher creates a space where every child feels safe, supported, and valued. From the moment her students walk through the door, they know they are loved, welcomed, and cared for.
