I believe this was taken at Victory Park in Norwood...but does anyone know what the Baptist Church sign was for?

The girl in the photo is my grandmother. She came to Cincy for work and traveled back and forth to TN to see family. Does anyone know where this photo may have been taken? It’s supposedly the West End downtown. We have driven all over looking for the church.

Not sure, but could the church in background be where the Norwood YMCA was built? 1945
