DRAWING AS MINDFULNESS
Mondays | 7 - 9 pm
Rolling enrollment: Classes full through early July!

Led by Brigid O’Kane

With all the chaos of surrounding life, it's easy to lose track of the little moments that make up the day.

In Drawing as Mindfulness, participants get to explore meditative concepts about mindfulness through the lens of drawing and visual organization.

This course is open to everyone, no matter their level of drawing experience, and for those who are open to participating in guided drawing experiences and friendly conversations about the crossovers between life and art.

For those interested, an additional note: this class resonates with the community, and classes tend to fill up fast. To reserve your spot in a future session, early registration is recommended.
